Terms and Conditions – Jili Ma Online Gaming Platform Rules

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the jili ma platform, operated at jilima.best ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "jili ma"). These Terms apply to all registered users, visitors, and anyone who interacts with any part of the platform, including games, promotions, support channels, and payment services.

Jili ma reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the version number and date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change goes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly so you stay informed about what applies to your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jili ma.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all other provisions will remain in full force.

2. Eligibility

To use jili ma and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, bot, or automated system).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jili ma employee or affiliated company.

Jili ma reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned minus applicable fees.

Jurisdiction Restrictions

It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your location before using jili ma. We do not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited. Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs or proxy services is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Rules

One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jili ma. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered to be controlled by the same person, all accounts except the first registered one will be suspended. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at jili ma's discretion.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide truthful and accurate information when creating your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during registration or KYC verification. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Jili ma strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your account settings. You must notify jili ma support immediately at support@jilima.best if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

Jili ma may require identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address. Accounts that fail or refuse KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

Jili ma accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits must be funded from accounts or cards held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Jili ma does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet may apply their own charges.
• Deposits reflect in your jili ma balance almost instantly for most payment methods. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or cards held in the same name as the registered jili ma account.
• Jili ma reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing withdrawals.
• Processing times: GCash and Maya typically under 3 minutes during normal hours; bank transfers (InstaPay/PESONet) within 30 minutes to a few hours; international cards up to 3–5 business days.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 6.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on jili ma are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being bet on, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game lobby or betting interface.

Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed and valid once jili ma's system has accepted it and provided a confirmation reference. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance if there are technical issues, market suspensions, or the event has already started (for pre-match markets). Only confirmed bets are binding on both you and jili ma.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. Limits are always displayed within the game interface before you place a bet. Jili ma reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including for individual accounts based on betting patterns.

Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including: technical errors that cause incorrect odds to be displayed, events being abandoned or not completed, data feed errors, or evidence of bet manipulation. In the case of a voided bet, your stake will be returned to your account balance.

Errors and Disputes

If you believe a bet result or payout is incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the relevant event. Contact jili ma support via live chat with your bet reference number. All disputed bets are reviewed against server logs, which are the definitive record of all activity on the platform.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Jili ma offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of claiming, in addition to the general bonus rules in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means you must wager an amount equal to ten times the bonus value). Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.

One Bonus Per Promotion

Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all bonus-related winnings and possible account suspension.

Bonus Abuse

Jili ma actively monitors for patterns that indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies used primarily to clear wagering requirements, bet hedging across multiple accounts, and collusion. Any player found to be abusing promotions will have bonus balances removed and may have their account permanently suspended.

Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds are removed from the account. Expiry dates are displayed at the time of claiming. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Responsible Gaming

Jili ma is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information they need to stay in control. We take this obligation seriously and have integrated responsible gaming features throughout the platform.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jili ma with full account closure. This cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jili ma and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or using more than one account.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, hacking, or collusion.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained this way are void and must be returned.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse) across single or multiple accounts.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financially fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or facilitating third-party access to your account.
• Making threats or using abusive, harassing, or discriminatory language toward jili ma staff or other players.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorised access to jili ma's systems or data.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Jili ma collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using jili ma, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Key points regarding your data at jili ma:

• We never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is shared with regulated third parties only when required for payment processing, KYC/AML compliance, or legal obligations.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
• Jili ma uses industry-standard security measures to protect all stored data.
• Communication preferences (marketing emails, SMS) can be managed in your account settings at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Jili ma provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain service continuity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili ma's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Jili ma is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from bets placed in error by the player.
• Delays or errors caused by the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or internet service provider.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials with a third party.
• Tax implications arising from winnings in your jurisdiction – it is your responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Suspension by Jili Ma

Jili ma reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; fraudulent activity is occurring; the account is being used for money laundering; the account holder fails KYC requirements; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or the platform.

Upon suspension for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, winnings may be voided and the remaining original deposit balance returned at jili ma's discretion.

Closure by the Player

You may close your jili ma account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened – a new account registration will be required if you wish to return.

12. Changes to These Terms

Jili ma may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via an in-platform notification. The updated version will always be available at jilima.best/terms-conditions, with the last-updated date and version number clearly displayed at the top.

Your continued use of jili ma after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

We encourage all players to review these Terms periodically. Jili ma is committed to communicating changes clearly and giving players reasonable notice before significant changes go into effect.
